We want you to love your tea! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened tea packages unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For unopened products, you may return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What You Can Return:
Unopened packages: Full refund within 30 days
Defective products: Full refund or replacement, even if opened
Wrong items received: We'll send the correct item at no charge
Damaged in shipping: Full refund or replacement
Taste preference or change of mind (opened): Not eligible for return due to food safety regulations.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email myteaclouds@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We pay (prepaid return label provided)
Unopened item (change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
No Exchanges for opened tea due to food safety regulations. Unopened products may be exchanged for a different variety or size — contact us to arrange.

Before shipment: Full refund, no charge
After shipment: Cannot cancel; refuse delivery or return per this policy
