Jinshan Spring Dawn is a single-bud green tea harvested in mid-March at 850 meters elevation — among the earliest pickings of the spring season. It takes more than 30,000 hand-picked buds to produce just 500 grams of finished tea. Each bud is hand-selected alone, flat-pressed and pan-fired using traditional craftsmanship. The result is a leaf that is smooth, straight, and vivid jade-green — the kind of tea that looks almost too beautiful to brew.

In the cup, the liquor is a clear, luminous yellow-green — bright and clean, like sunlight through young leaves. The aroma is warm and toasty: roasted chestnut and pan-fired grain, with a freshness underneath that reminds you it is still spring. The first sip is gentle. How to Brew
Use one 4g sachet per 150ml of water at 80–85°C (176–185°F).
First rinse: 3–5 seconds. Second infusion: 20–30 seconds.
Add 10–15 seconds for each subsequent steep. Yields 4–6 steeps per sachet.
Best enjoyed in a glass cup — so you can watch the jade-green leaves slowly open in the water.
Storage
Green tea is sensitive to heat, light, and odour. Store sealed in the refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 3 months for best flavour. Keep away from strong odours.
