As tea is a food product, the following policy applies.
EU & UK Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once tea packaging has been opened, the cooling-off period right does not apply.
All Customers — Quality Guarantee (within 30 days of receipt)
If your product has any of the following issues, please contact us with photo or video evidence within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement — no need to return the item:
- Mold, spoilage, or off-odor
- Severely damaged packaging causing product damage
- Wrong item received
- Damage caused during shipping
Not Covered
- Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preference
- Unable to provide evidence of a quality issue
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after receipt (except EU/UK cooling-off period for unopened products)
