Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • North America (US, CA): Standard 7–15 business days, Expedited 3–7 business days
  • Europe (EU, UK): Standard 7–15 business days, Expedited 5–10 business days
  • Southeast Asia (SG, MY, TH): Standard 5–10 business days, Expedited 3–7 business days
  • Other Regions (AU, NZ, JP, KR, IL): Standard 10–20 business days, Expedited 5–12 business days

Shipping Rates FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 calculated by destination and weight.

Shipping Coverage:null42 countries and regions including North America (US, Canada), European Union (25 member states), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Israel.

Order Processing Time: Orders placed on weekdays processed within 24 hours. Weekend/holiday orders processed the next business day.

Tea-Specific Packaging: All teas are sealed in moisture and odour-proof packaging. Gift sets and premium items receive additional protective packaging. Insulated packaging available during summer months.

Shipment Tracking: Tracking number sent within 24 hours of shipment. Real-time tracking available via your order page and email updates.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to the United States from China may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.

Please note: As of May 2025, the U.S. government has suspended the De Minimis exemption (Section 321) for goods of Chinese origin. This means packages from China are no longer automatically exempt from import duties, regardless of order value.

Import duties and taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Tea Clouds is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays caused by customs clearance.

The amount charged varies depending on the declared value of your order and current U.S. trade regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information before placing your order.

We are not able to falsify customs declarations or mark orders as "gifts" to avoid duties — this is illegal and we do not do it.

Shipping Issues: Free address modification before shipment. Contact us within 24 hours with photos for damaged items — we will issue a full refund. Packages returned due to failed delivery may incur return shipping fees for redelivery.
