Around Qingming, the Daba Mountains wake slowly.
The air is still cool. The morning dew clings to the leaves.
This is when we pick Jinshan Jade Dew.
Jinshan Jade Dew is a one-bud-one-leaf green tea harvested around the Qingming festival in early April, at 850 meters elevation in the Daba Mountains of Sichuan. Each set of leaves is hand-picked with care — one tender bud, one young leaf, chosen at the moment the spring energy is at its fullest.
The finished leaves are tightly rolled and curled, a deep jade-green with a natural silvery down — bai hao, the fine hairs that form only on the youngest, most carefully tended leaves. In the cup, the liquor pours a vivid, clear jade-green. The aroma is rich and layered: warm roasted chestnut rises first, followed by a delicate floral note that opens slowly and stays. The taste is smooth and full, with a clean sweetness that lingers long after the last sip. No bitterness. No astringency.
This pouch contains 25 individually wrapped sachets, each holding exactly 4g — the precise amount for one full brewing session of 4–6 steeps. Lightweight, resealable, and ready to go wherever you do. Your desk, your bag, your hotel room. No scale, no fuss — just open one sachet and brew.

How to Brew
Use one 4g sachet per 150ml of water at 80–85°C (176–185°F).
First rinse: 3–5 seconds. Second infusion: 20–30 seconds.
Add 10–15 seconds for each subsequent steep. Yields 4–6 steeps per sachet.
Best enjoyed in a glass cup — so you can watch the curled leaves slowly unfurl in the water.
