Jinshan Red Aroma is a single-origin black tea harvested after Qingming — one bud, one leaf, hand-picked at the moment the spring flush reaches its peak. That extra leaf is not an afterthought. It is where the flavour lives.
The dry leaves curl into a deep, dark gold — what tea makers call wu jin, black gold. In the cup, the liquor pours a warm, luminous amber-red. How to Brew
Use one 5g sachet per 150ml of water at 90–95°C (195–203°F).
First rinse: 3–5 seconds. Second infusion: 30–45 seconds.
Add 10–15 seconds for each subsequent steep. Yields 5–7 steeps per sachet.
Best enjoyed in a white porcelain gaiwan or glass cup — so you can watch the amber-red liquor unfold.
Storage
