The leaves are tightly rolled and curled, a deep jade-green with a natural silvery down that forms only on the youngest, most carefully tended leaves. How to Brew
Use 3–5g per 200ml of water at 80–85°C (176–185°F).
Steep for 2–3 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times, adding 30 seconds each time.
Works well in a glass mug, teapot, or any infuser you have at hand.
Storage
Green tea is sensitive to heat, light, and odour. Store sealed in the refrigerator. Once opened, consume within 3 months for best flavour. Keep away from strong odours.
